Our moist smoked turkey is a great choice for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter or any large gathering. We smoke them until fully cooked and golden brown.

Keeping Your Robertson’s Smoked Turkey Fresh

  1. Wrap airtight with aluminum foil or leave in vacuum packaging.

  2. Refrigerate or freeze if not preparing immediately.

 

Preparing Your Robertson’s Smoked Turkey

Robertson’s smoked turkey and turkey breast are fully cooked, but here is how to get the best flavor from your turkey:

  1. Rinse your turkey with warm water.

  2. Wrap in aluminum foil.

  3. Place in a shallow pan.

  4. Place in the oven and heat on 350 F.

    Whole smoked turkey – heat for 1 – 1 ¼ hours

    Smoked turkey breast – heat for 30 minutes

  5. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.

  6. Slice and serve.

 

Slicing a Whole Turkey

  1. Place the turkey with legs to your right, hold drumstick with fingers. Then, cut the joint that joins the leg to the backbone, removing the leg.

  2. Getting as close as possible, make a deep cut into the breast parallel to the wing.

  3. Starting halfway up the breast, thinly slice down to the cut made at the wing, continue slicing in a similar manner.
